Cancellation and Refund


1. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time by navigating to the account settings or contacting customer support.
Cancellation will stop future payments, but the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within the subscription period.

2. Refund Policy
No Refunds for Used Services: Once a subscription is active, refunds will not be provided for any used services.
Refund Eligibility:
If a user is charged due to a technical error, they may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.
If a user subscribes but is unable to access the service due to a platform issue, a full or partial refund may be provided after review.
Dissatisfaction with matches or the platform’s features does not qualify for a refund.

3. Refund Request Process
Users must submit a refund request via email or the platform’s support portal, including transaction details and a reason for the request.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited to the original payment method.

4. Modifications to the Policy
The platform reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
